Exchange policy:

If you would like to exchange your item within 30 days from receiving it and will receive another pair, the shipping fees will be applied to the exchange. The pair has to be new, not used and with the same condition it was received.

Refund Policy:

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return and refund.

Once your return request is approved, the item will be collected by our shipping partner. After collection, you will receive a Return ID / confirmation as proof that your return is being processed.

Once the item arrives at FootCourt, it will be inspected to confirm that it is new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

If the item passes inspection, your eligible refund amount will be transferred to your selected refund method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees related to the return will be deducted/applied to the refund.
